ONLINE COURSES – ACADEMIC YEAR AND UC CROSS-CAMPUS COURSES
UCLA offers online and hybrid courses at the introductory and advanced levels in a range of departments and programs throughout the academic year.
The UC Cross-Campus Enrollment System provides UC students access to high-quality online courses developed and taught by faculty at other University of California campuses. All online courses will earn UC unit credit, with the potential for GE, pre-major or major credit based on your departmental and programmatic requirements.
ONLINE COURSES – SUMMER SESSIONS
UCLA Summer Sessions provides open enrollment in online courses for current and newly-admitted UCLA students as well as students from other UCs, US and international colleges, and high schools. The wide variety of online courses offered in the summer allows you flexibility with your study schedule while also the opportunity to experience the excellence and quality of UCLA education. Summer Sessions offers online courses in departments such as: Design Media Arts; Engineering; Film, Television Digital Media; Geography; History; Linguistics; Music Industry; Philosophy; Sociology and others.
ANDERSON SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT MBA FLEX PROGRAM
The UCLA Anderson School of Management offers an innovative hybrid scheduling option for their Fully Employed MBA Program. FEMBA Flex blends online and face-to-face learning environments, and is designed for working professionals who want an MBA but cannot come to the UCLA campus every week. If you are considering FEMBA, but need greater flexibility based on your location or schedule, there is now an option that has been designed with you in mind. With a requirement of only four weekend campus visits per quarter for core classes, the rest of the core curriculum takes place using FEMBA Flex’s online learning platform – an effective, ground-breaking solution that is tailored to the needs of students with busy jobs, personal commitments, or lengthy commutes.
